Due to our close collaboration with local technological institutes and universities, we are able to handpick future employees from among their best students. Most of our people hold Master-level degrees and five percent - PhD-level degrees in sciences, namely, computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, and economics. The majority of our employees are English speakers, with project leaders and other key specialists being proficient in both oral and written English.
