David Fuller

Managing Partner, USA Sales and Marketing Office 

Co-owner of ELEKS Inc., USA. Joined the company in 2000. Over 15 years of management and business development experience serving Fortune 500 and Nasdaq 100 companies.  Extensive experience in the design, implementation, and sale of large manufacturing, financial, and medical systems. Since 2005 has been responsible for major customer relationships and development of business strategy for the ELEKS US direction.

Petro Konovalov

Business Director

ELEKS co-owner. Joined the company in 1995. Since 2000 - company COO, responsible for overseeing ELEKS day-to-day operations. Over 12 years of programming and 10 years of managerial experience on company’s key projects in Banking, Accounting, Trading, Retail, Office automation, Transportation, and other business areas. In 2007 was appointed Business Director.

Roman Pavlyuk

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

ELEKS co-owner. Joined the company in 1995. Chief Strategy Officer since 1999. Responsible for ELEKS strategic business development. Over 12 years of programming and 10 years of project management experience in Entertainment, Finance, SME, and e-Government Automation.

Ruslan Zakharchenko

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Joined the company in 2000. Over 7 years in IT industry with 3 years of project management experience. Guru in C++ programming. Successfully managed projects with Symantec Corp. and led network administration direction. In 2007 was appointed COO. Responsible for day-to-day activities of the company.

HR Director

Joined ELEKS in 2000. Director of ELEKS e-Design Studio since 2003. Multi-year experience in project and human resource management. In 2007 was appointed HR Director.
