A salary increase is offered when employee qualifications grow, for example, when an employee verifies his or her knowledge and professional skills through achieving certificates issued by Microsoft, Oracle, Sun, and / or IBM. We want our employees to be active and cheerful, so we create an environment for them to combine intensive intellectual work with physical activities.  Our main engineering campus maintains a gym, a billiard room, table tennis equipment, massage chairs, and showers.  You can attend the gym according to your individual schedule or join a regular fitness-training program conducted by our own professional fitness instructor.

For employees' convenience, a free medical examination and consultation is available at company's premises twice a week, in addition to the services of a professional masseur.
