Each year, companies seeking Microsoft Gold Certification are not only asked to prove themselves technically, they are asked to have customers be a part of a customer satisfaction survey which is conducted by a 3^rd party company for Microsoft to keep things honest. ELEKS invited 120 customers to be a part of the survey and when the results were tabulated and returned, along with 3 Microsoft Gold Certificates.  For the year 2010, ELEKS earned a 100% Customer Satisfaction Rating. ELEKS also earned a 100% Customer Satisfaction rating in 2009, and in 2008.

You Choose the Right Pricing Models

Primarily, ELEKS has two different price models.  They are:

1. Time and Materials (T&M) - where prices for different resources are first agreed on between a customer and ELEKS.  The customer provides work guidelines, most likely in the form of business and high-level functional requirements.  ELEKS then executes on these guidelines under the customer’s supervision and is charged accordingly.
2. Fixed Dedicated Teams model assumes that the development team records work performed and time spent on a give project.  At the end of each month, a detailed time sheet is presented to the customer for approval.  This provides the customer with a detailed log of the work performed before being invoiced and has the opportunity to discuss any concerns about work performed.   

Customers with larger teams often prefer a fixed team size and price to streamline invoicing and for financial predictability.  Again, prices are agreed on for all resources.  The development process is similar to that described above.

Time Reporting

Work reports and time sheets are always available.  All ELEKS workers are required to log their work into the company’s time management program called ‘TeamPro’.

ELEKS has never wanted to be a head shop, where people are seen as low cost commodities, but rather, it seeks those who have excelled and achieve.  The majority of those who work at ELEKS hold a U.S. equivalence of a Master’s degree.  Over four percent hold PhD-level degrees in sciences, namely, computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, and economics.  The most of our employees are English speakers, with project leaders and other key specialists being proficient in English, both oral and written.  Additionally, ELEKS employees take advantage of the English instructors who teach regularly scheduled English classes for those that need to improve their English skills.
