Project manager (customer engagement)
ELEKS announces an opening for the position of Project manager (customer engagement) at Lviv office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of customer-engagement team assignments, such as proposal preparation, tender bid development, proof of concept analysis, etc
- Negotiations with functional managers with regard to staffing of customer-engagement teams
- Leading a cross-functional team that consists of architects, developers, technical writers, sales representatives towards preparing consistent and coherent proposals
- Leading communication with customer from inception point to contract sign off
- Coordination of all team members’ activities throughout the engagement process
Mandatory requirements:
- Higher education in IT, economics, or foreign relations
- Successful experience in either project management, business analysis or IT services sales 3 years
- Proven ability to establish work relationships with customer
- Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical language
- Strong team integration skills
- Ability to work in tight schedule constraints
- Communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with business correspondence and business etiquette
- English skills upper intermediate and higher
- Result-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of IT market and trends
- Experience in sales activities, tendering procedures
- Cross-cultural awareness
