Project Completion

At the end of the project (or a phase of a large project) we go beyond formal verification that all deliverables were supplied. We see it as an opportunity to discuss with our customers our performance, identify areas of improvement, think of finding other ways to maximize benefits we deliver.  We add what we learned from each project and add it to our lessons learned database following the project (phase) closeout meeting discussions.  And generally, we move on to the next project with the same customer.  The customer is happy, and we’re happy that we’ve have completed another successful project.

The indisputable proof of that mutual happiness is that the third year in a row ELEKS earns a resounding 100% customer satisfaction rating in the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) conducted and required as a part of the Microsoft Partner Program re-enrollment process.
