Methodology Overview
At ELEKS, we believe that one size DOES NOT fit all. Our flexibility is underpinned by solid understanding of project management practices – the result of in-house education for project managers, delivered by PMP certified professionals.
We are flexible enough to suggest an approach that fits our customers’ specific project needs best, while being competent to choose the right practices from the vast project management Body of Knowledge.
Recent projects have employed agile SCRUM and Kanban, as well as formalized PRINCE 2 – depending on projects’ complexity and requirements.
The choice of software development methodology will be aligned with the choice of project management approach required. We have experience of working towards a variety of methodologies ranging from the formalized Rational Unified Process (RUP) of iterative software development approach to a more flexible Extreme Programming (XP) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD) method.
