On October 4-6, 2006, ELEKS participated in the Sixth International Fair of Investments and Real Estate “Ukraine-EU” that took place in Lviv, Ukraine. This year the main topics of the Fair included investment projects and business proposals, innovative developments and technologies, business infrastructure, franchising, and others. A wide range of opportunities for investments were presented at the Fair, including existing and planned projects.

ELEKS introduced an investment project named “Electronic health card in the medical institutions network,” the main objectives of which are document flow automation at healthcare institutions and quick information exchange between different medical organizations. ELEKS’ healthcare information system that already has a number of successful installations has become the basis of the project. The “Electronic health card” raised great interest among healthcare organizations who visited ELEKS’ stand. ELEKS representatives conducted a number of meetings with people interested in increasing the quality of medical services in Ukraine and integration with European healthcare information systems.

About the Fair

Investment fairs are held annually within Lviv International Economic Forums. They are attended by state leaders, representatives of foreign state and trade-economic delegations,  members of international organizations and foundations, as well as domestic and foreign investors. The fair program usually comprises a great number of conferences, workshops, round-table discussions, and presentations. It provides participants and guests with more detailed and extensive information about the possibilities and conditions of making investments in Ukraine.
