Last week seven ELEKS project managers had a chance to meet Jim McCarthy, a legend of software programming industry and founder of Microsoft Solutions Framework. During his first ever visit to Kyiv, Jim McCarthy conducted a series of master classes for IT professionals, organized by “Microsoft Ukraine” and “Tekama” (RUSSEE).

A group of project managers from ELEKS Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk offices visited a two-day workshop “Managing Using the Core Protocol,” held on July 13-14 in Kyiv. The participants had a unique opportunity to have face-to-face discussions with Jim McCarthy, whose original and challenging ideas on how to create and manage highly functional software development teams inspired heated discussions among the participants. Moreover, numerous practical trainings served not only as a nice forum for innovative information sharing, but also as a great networking event.
