ELEKS has notable experience in facilitating enterprise wide business processes with the help of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS). Using SharePoint Server technologies, the professionals at ELEKS have delivered a wide range of problem solving solutions for its customers since 2004. These solutions range from simple intranet web portals to sophisticated systems for managing data sensitive portfolios securely, automating legal processes for government agencies, to managing a wide range of business practices for a large holding company.
This Microsoft platform was also chosen to serve ELEKS’ internal corporate needs as well - not only because it had obvious cost advantages, but for its ability to fit within the company’s sophisticated IT infrastructure and varied skills sets of its employees. The first company intranet portal was based on SharePoint 2003 and allowed the company to sharpen its SharePoint experience as a developer. It was with this platform that ELEKS saw the system from the end user’s points of view and learned from the experience.

In 2007, the company switched to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. ELEKS noted powerful enhancements added to the system that it knew its customer wanted and needed, but also saw new features to the platform that would be an investment in its own future as well. The company chose to develop its own in-house .NET development capabilities and diverse Portal Solutions. By the end of 2009, ELEKS switched to SharePoint 2010, the business collaboration platform that enabled users to connect and empower people through formal and informal business communities, within the enterprise and beyond, as well as having the ability to manage content throughout the information lifecycle.
