The web portal supplied by ELEKS for one of the European banks was designed in compliance with modern web site requirements for the banking industry.  Development of the web portal was planned as a part of the rebranding strategy of the bank.  The new web portal provides comprehensive information on banking products, services and rates for bank services, as well as enables its employees to interact with its customers.  The customers of the bank have access to the “Client-Bank” system and Internet-banking services directly from the web portal. Customers can also take advantage of various tools such as credit, deposit, mortgage loans and currency calculators available on the portal. A constantly updated exchange rates base is of great use not only to the bank’s clients, but to the industry professionals as well.

ELEKS’ SharePoint team created an internal Web portal to enhance its own documentation repository and security capabilities, expand its collaboration opportunities, and have a scalable search platform for finding information and documents easily.  The advanced features of the new portal allowed ELEKS to significantly increase staff efficiency, better manage the documentation flow process, refining internal communication, while improving important information sharing with employees at various facilities located around the world.  By the end of 2009, ELEKS’ internal web portal was upgraded to Microsoft SharePoint 2010.

A sophisticated web portal was developed by ELEKS for a large Eastern European holding company whose main function was to manage distribution, logistics, retail and real estate holding’s activities. The Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0) web portal was also intended for the on-line access to general information about the company, the company’s employees and source for reference information. Additional functionality included: resources reservations and work orders management for materials ordering and fixed assets. Authorized users can access most of the system’s capabilities from off-site WSS/SharePoint terminals.

ELEKS developed an investment management system for a UK-based business-consulting firm. The system was designed to assist life insurance companies and their customers in evaluating, tracking and manage their many assets and accounts.

This reliable, multi-user online system allows authorized personnel to manage large volumes sensitive corporate data in a secure environment, as well as bringing together the companies subscribers and fund’s managers into a single workspace. Data is viewable and accessible based on access privileges at multiple levels, thus maintaining a high level of security over sensitive data.

ELEKS’ engineers developed an intranet web portal to automate a wide range of governmental processes for the Lviv city-governing agency. These processes included managing cross department processes and procedures for the entire local government, the interaction and communications with and between Lviv Council employees, and communications with other local, state and national governmental agencies. It is considered to be the only reliable and actual informational source for local government officials.
