  • Oleksiy (Alex) Skrypnyk, Jr.

    Director, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    Company co-founder, CTO since 1991, CEO since 2000. Oleksiy has 14 years of working experience in Power Engineering and more than 15 years of programming and company management experience.  Oleksiy holds a Master’s degree with Honors in Power Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University.

    Oleksiy Skrypnyk, Sr.

    Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

    Company co-founder. CFO since 1991, CAO since 2007.  Oleksiy Sr. has more than 15 years of managerial experience and 35 years of teaching computer programming.  He is a guru of mathematical methods of programming and holds a PhD in Power Engineering. Oleksiy Sr. has co-authored more than 100 scientific papers, two monographs, and three textbooks.

    David Fuller

    Chief Executive Officer, USA Sales and Marketing Office

    Co-owner of ELEKS Inc., USA. David joined the company in 2000 and has over 15 years of management and business development experience serving Fortune 500 and Nasdaq 100 companies.  David has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and sales experience with large manufacturing, financial, and medical systems.  Since 2005, David has been responsible for major customer relationships and development of business strategy for the ELEKS Inc.

    Petro (Peter) Konovalov

    Business Director

    ELEKS co-owner. Petro joined the company in 1995. Since 2000 – Petro has been ELEKS’ COO, responsible for overseeing ELEKS day-to-day operations.  Additionally, Petro has over 12 years of programming and 10 years of managerial experience on company’s key projects in Banking, Accounting, Trading, Retail, Office automation, Transportation, and other business areas.  In 2007, Petro was appointed as Business Director.

    Roman Pavlyuk

    Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO)

    ELEKS co-owner. Roman joined the ELEKS in 1995 where in 1999, he was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer.  Roman is responsible for ELEKS strategic business development.  He has more than 12 years of hands-on programming and 10 years of project management experience in Entertainment, Finance, SME, and e-Government Automation. In 2011 Roman was appointed as Chief Business Development Officer.

    Tony Clarey

    Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing

    Tony joined the ELEKS in 2009 and has more than 22 years of experience in the technology sector and 24 years experience in technology orientated sales experience conducting international business in over 20 countries on 6 continents.  Tony is responsible for ELEKS’ global sales and marketing operations and is focusing on new customer acquisition and the company’s global sales and marketing strategy.

    Ruslan Zakharchenko

    Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Ruslan joined the company in 2000 and has over 7 years in IT industry with 3 years of project management experience. Ruslan is a guru in C++ programming. He successfully managed projects with Symantec Corp. and led network administration direction. In 2007 Ruslan was appointed COO and is responsible for day-to-day activities of the company.
