Upon receipt of the initial order, the system automatically verifies the availability of goods and launches further logistic processes.

The system enables an insurance company to interact with distinct healthcare providers to receive information relating to patients, particularly diagnoses, prescribed treatment, procedures taken and other, process and analyze received data to identify if a patient with a particular diagnosis obtained all the necessary treatment and other medical services.
The system is currently in use at several healthcare networks throughout the USA. ELEKS continues to provide ongoing system support.
