What ELEKS Did:ELEKS was chosen among other numerous vendors to provide localization testing services to Symantec Corporation. The nature of works required ELEKS to be able to quickly build a dedicated team with a number of certain qualifications. We developed a sophisticated recruiting procedure for hiring best specialists for Symantec projects. All the candidates had to pass through rigorous examinations, which included English exams and special practical tests. ELEKS succeeded to set up the offshore dedicated center within 30 days, hiring and training nearly 20 best QA and Localization professionals from Ukraine to work on Symantec's projects.

What ELEKS Did:ELEKS developed a solution based on two Java Applets that allows a user to access and work on any computer within the corporate network remotely. Users' actions are recorded so that an administrator can audit trail their sessions replaying the recorded RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) flow on the DVR-type player created by ELEKS as well, or playing VNC-sessions. This player gives the possibility to watch the recorded session like a video, with place-marks put by the server, rewinding forwards and backwards, etc.

This non-intrusive and clientless solution helps easily search and locate activities, incidents and controls as well as automatically bookmark and highlight the violations. It also provides actionable information and a complete audit trail.
